Education and independence

Freight Broker Complaint provides free general educational resources. We are not a government agency, regulator, law firm, surety, insurance provider or debt collector. Reading this website creates no attorney-client relationship, representation or an open case review. Freight Broker Complaint is not an investigation company, and its people are not investigators. It helps carriers gather information for their own claim.

No promised outcome

We do not guarantee recovery, claim acceptance, FreightGuard removal, commercial access or legal results. Confirm current rules and obtain qualified advice for your circumstances and deadlines.

Fairness

A complaint is an unverified allegation until the records have been reviewed. A report, complaint count or unanswered message alone does not prove wrongdoing. Original records, contradictions, respondent explanations and correction rights matter.

Complaint filing and communications

Submitting a complaint creates a private case for review. It does not guarantee a review, recovery or a response by a particular date. Supporting documents can be added through the protected case workflow. The owner receives a new-case notification. Other case emails require the owner to review and approve the recipient and complete message before sending. Filing does not automatically send a response to you or contact the company you report. This release makes no calls, files no regulatory or legal complaint and takes no enforcement action. External links do not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership.
