Privacy notice
Effective October 10, 2026. Freight Broker Complaint is a Logistical Forwarding Solutions initiative.
What this website accepts
You can file complaint details and follow your case privately. Supporting document uploads are stored privately for the owner to review. They are not automatically malware scanned. The owner receives a new-case alert with the case number and carrier name only. Case emails use Gmail and require the owner to approve the recipient and complete message before sending.
Your complaint information
When you file a complaint, we collect your company, name, contact email, optional MC number, the company you are reporting, your description, optional incident date and amount, and your consent. Include only information needed to explain the complaint. Do not include passwords, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or unrelated personal details.
Private review and MT
We use complaint information to organize the case, review the facts and identify possible next steps. The owner can review private records. MT is this website's case assistant. When the owner asks MT for help, or when you ask MT a question, the conversation (and, once you have signed in with your email and case number, your case details) is processed by our service providers to produce the answer. MT shares case information only after you give both your case number and the email you filed with, and only about that case. Questions you ask MT and its answers are saved: on your case file when you are signed in, so the owner can see them, and in our records otherwise. MT advice is a draft for human review. We do not publish complaints or make automatic findings of wrongdoing.
Where information is processed
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores private case records and provides owner authentication, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. These services process the information needed to operate and protect the website. We use hashed request and contact identifiers for submission limits. This release has no advertising trackers or custom visitor analytics.
Signing in to your case
You sign in to your case with the email address you filed with and your case number. Anyone who has both can see your case status, send updates and add documents, so keep your case number private and share it only with someone you authorize. When you sign in, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to two hours. Owner notes and the owner's own MT conversations are not shown on your case page.
Records, corrections and privacy requests
Case records and their history are preserved for review and follow-up. This release has no automatic deletion schedule. You can request a correction, ask about retained information or request deletion by contacting freightbrokercomplaint@gmail.com. Include your case number, but do not send evidence with the first message. Requests require identity verification and human review; some records may need to be preserved for an unresolved dispute or applicable obligations.
Private owner access
The owner uses an existing authorized account. Passwords are sent directly to Supabase, and access tokens are kept in memory rather than browser storage. Public signup for the owner workspace is not offered.
External resources
Links to FMCSA, Carrier411 and other resources lead to separate services with their own policies. FBC does not control their collection or decisions.
